Work out what decision the visitor is making
On a commercial page, the questions that matter are "what is included", "who it is for", "what do I need to prepare" and "how does the work start". The history of the service may be interesting, but it rarely helps anyone order. It fits better in a separate blog article, if it is genuinely useful.
Before writing, collect the facts from whoever delivers the service: the result, limits, dependencies and ways of working together. Do not fill the gaps with promises of guaranteed rankings or identical timelines for different projects. The copy should match what the business is actually ready to deliver.

The keyword should name the topic
The main query naturally appears in the name of the service and its description. After that, use precise related terms where the content needs them. There is no point in forcing the same phrase into every sentence or turning every subheading into a copy of it.
Read the text out loud. If a phrase sounds like an awkward search command, rephrase it. People may search in fragments, but on the page they expect natural language. A list of place names with no difference in terms does not explain anything useful either. Key phrases should come from an SEO audit, not from guesswork.
Replace generic benefits with verifiable content
Instead of "a personal approach", explain which inputs you analyze and what changes depending on the task. Instead of "high quality", describe what is checked before handover. Specifics make the copy more convincing and cut down on identical paragraphs across your service pages.
Layout (how to build a service page) affects usefulness too: break a long answer up with subheadings, show the limits of the service as a comparison and present the sequence as short steps. Do not bury all the content at the bottom in small print just to have an "SEO block".

An editorial check before publishing
Make sure every section adds a new answer and the heading does not promise more than the text delivers. Check facts, terms and links. Show the page to someone who did not help write it: can they explain what exactly is being sold and how to get in touch?
SEO ties the copy to search queries and the site structure. And during service business website development, content should be approved together with the design, so key answers are visible instead of being added after the build as a random list.
