Why measure in pixels instead of characters?
Google trims titles by width, not by letter count. "WWWW" is much wider than "iiii", so a 60-character title full of wide letters can get cut while a 70-character title of narrow ones may fit.
Why does Google show a different title from mine?
Google rewrites titles that are too long, stuffed with keywords, repeated across pages or out of line with the page's main heading. Keep titles unique, descriptive and close to your H1 to avoid it.
Why are some words in bold?
Google bolds the words that match the search query. Enter the keyword you're targeting to see where it will show up in bold in your snippet.
