Frequently asked questions
Which format should I pick?
WebP for websites: it's smaller than JPG at the same quality and every modern browser supports it. JPG for email, print and older apps. PNG when you need a transparent background or crisp graphics such as screenshots and logos.
What happens to transparency when I convert to JPG?
JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with the background color you choose (white by default).
Can I convert SVG to PNG?
Yes. Choose the output width, and the vector image is drawn at that size and stays sharp. Handy for logos and icons you need to upload as PNG.
