Split the work by search intent
Search ads can test a specific commercial offer and send people to a page built for it. An SEO structure and content help you cover a wider range of questions and keep people familiar with your service.
Do not create conflicting terms for each channel. If a page is shared, it should answer the query no matter where the visitor came from. Separate landing pages are justified only by a real difference in the offer or the audience.

Share what you learn
Questions in leads from ads can show which explanations the website is missing. Where to find them: the search terms report. Search impression data helps you spot phrasing and new topics. But one channel never gives the full picture of the other: the audiences and the selection rules differ.
Write hypotheses down and test them. Do not automatically turn every ad query into a new SEO page: first confirm there is a distinct intent and real value.

Measure contribution without double counting
A person may interact with a brand several times. Explain which attribution method a report uses (UTM tags), and do not count one sale as two separate results. Compare lead quality too.
Full digital marketing needs a shared plan. Google Ads has its own role in it, and content and SEO have theirs, each with its own timeframes and criteria.
